Properly caring for your Nordic socks is essential for their longevity and your comfort. Follow these simple tips to maintain their softness, prevent shrinkage, and ensure lasting warmth and coziness.
Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. The delivery time is 2-5 days for standard shipping, and 1-2 days for express shipping.
Note: The return must take place at the latest 30 days after receipt of the socks.
Write your name and order number clearly on the front of the package so that we can easily assign it to your order in our system.
Please use a trackable shipping method when returning an order, and keep the receipt safe.
If properly returned, your money will be refunded within 7 days to the form of payment you used to make the purchase.
